90% design plans published May 2026

Since the release of 30% design in March 2024, project staff have advanced engineering and design of the Blue Line Extension project to 90% design as of May 2026 for Brooklyn Park, Crystal, Robbinsdale, and Minneapolis. 

These plans reflect alignment refinements, final, station locations, intersection designs, general access changes, the addition of bicycle and pedestrian facilities, and preliminary landscape areas.
