The Metropolitan Council is hitting the road to connect directly with the communities we serve. This special session of our Committee of the Whole is part of our commitment to listen and learn from communities at the beginning of the comprehensive planning process that will set the stage for the future of your parks, transportation, housing, and water systems.
Join us in Metropolitan Council District 1 for an evening that celebrates collaboration and community.
What to Expect
- 4:30 p.m. – An open house to meet and mingle with Met Council Members and staff.
- 5:00 p.m. – Panel discussions with local leaders.
The event will feature two panel discussions with elected officials and regional leaders who have a hand in shaping the future of our communities. Each panel will be moderated by
Tane Danger, a local public policy expert.
