  4. Resolution 26-PDB-15: Modify Oak Grove Park & Ride                                                                                        Approval
    • BE IT RESOLVED, that the PDB hereby directs Project Staff to request to the FTA a project scope change that to decrease the project scope from 250 structured parking spaces to 100 surface parking spaces along with a small building for Metro Transit Rail Operations readiness/operator restroom function the Oak Grove station and the change is reflected in a revised METRO Blue Line Extension project scope and budget.
  5. Resolution 26-PDB-16: Remove the 63rd Avenue Pedestrian Bridge                                                                 Approval
    • BE IT RESOLVED, that the PDB hereby directs Project Staff to request to the FTA a project scope reduction that removes the 63rd Pedestrian Bridge from the METRO Blue Line Extension project scope and budget.
  6. Resolution 26-PDB-17: Reduce Finance charges                                                                                                  Approval
    • BE IT RESOLVED, that the PDB hereby directs Project Staff to request to the FTA a modification to the METRO Blue Line Extension budget that reflects an elimination of Finance Charges in the project budget.
  7. Resolution 26-PDB-18: Reduce Budget Estimate for Systems Construction                                                      Approval
    • ​BE IT RESOLVED, that the PDB hereby directs Project Staff to request to the FTA a modification to the METRO Blue Line Extension budget that reflects the updated Systems Construction Costs estimate.
