Following the conclusion of the environmental review process with the publication of the Supplemental Final Environmental Impact Statement and the Amended Record of Decision, this committee’s commitment and responsibilities are complete. The Community and Business Working Group will take its place to serve as a voice for businesses as well as communities along the Blue Line Extension corridor. 

The Business Advisory Committee (BAC) served as a voice for the business community and advised the Corridor Management Committee during the planning and implementation phases of the light rail line. The committee advised the Corridor Management Committee and the Community Works Steering Committee during the planning and implementation phases of the light rail line.

The members of the BAC represented the diverse commercial interests along the Blue Line Extension. Members were appointed for a two-year term.
