The 2026 Regional Solicitation and Active Transportation Solicitation closed on June 25, 2026. Applicants from all seven counties submitted 172 qualified project proposals across 13 competitive application categories. Requests for the Arterial Bus Rapid Transit J Line and the Regional Modeling/Travel Behavior Inventory were also received after being vetted through other prioritization processes. In total, 172 project applications are requesting more than $705 million. Each project’s summary and application is provided below.
