Project Description
Metropolitan Council Environmental Services (Met Council), operator of the metro area wastewater collection and treatment system, is making improvements to regional sanitary sewer facilities in Chanhassen, Shorewood, and Victoria.
This project will construct a new regional sanitary sewer to supplement the existing sanitary sewer system. It will help maintain the existing system while also improving system reliability, minimizing potential for service disruptions, and increasing operational flexibility.
A public open house and public hearing were held at Chanhassen City Hall were held in November and December 2025. Public comments were accepted through December 22, 2025.
